We achieved Substantial Completion on our Social Housing Project for Cork Simon Community last week. In the face of Covid restrictions (and a building that was slowly sinking) we're proud to deliver 8 supported self-contained apartments in a Historic Structure in Cork City Centre, helping people exit long-term homelessness. Congratulation to HG Construction, who diligently managed the completion observing all Covid protocols and guidelines.
