Delighted that An Bord Pleanala have granted Full Planning Permission for our innovative use of the classic mews site to the rear of a protected structure. Two apartments, a one and two-bed, are stacked giving each sheltered off-street parking and south-facing gardens. This is our second ABP success with a protected structure this year - looking forward to the realised projects in 2021.
