This developer-led project with over 1000sqm of office space will boast unique environmental credentials in the Irish market.

Our future-proofing design will enable this renovation of a jaded office building to surpass the RIAI/RIBA climate change challenge 2030 benchmark of 750kg Co2/m2. Our current proposal is for 326kg Co2/m2 or a BER A1 which corresponds to a platinum rating, the highest possible rating, under LEED.

We’re achieving this by employing embodied carbon assessments, u value assessments, daylight calculations, innovative thinking along with outstanding teamwork amongst each member of the design team.
